AuraVocab

Keep the words you meet while reading and watching.

1The Problem

Most vocabulary apps hand you somebody else's list. The words you actually need are the ones you just tripped over in an article, a video or a conversation, and by the time you sit down to study them the sentence they came from is gone. What is left is a bare word and no reason to remember it.

2The Solution

AuraVocab keeps the context with the word. You save what you met and where you met it, and it comes back on a schedule built around forgetting rather than around a daily streak. The shape of the product is still being worked out; what is settled is that it starts from your material, not a syllabus.

What it does

Saved with its sentence

A word is stored with the line it came from, so the meaning has somewhere to hang.

Review when it matters

Spaced repetition rather than a daily quota, so review time tracks what is actually slipping.

Works from your own material

Articles, subtitles, books. No fixed syllabus and no imported deck to grind through.
